We are experienced client advisors and executive leaders of major capital projects in the cultural sector. Our expertise spans new-build developments, complex historic refurbishments, and the delivery of temporary venues.

Anna Collins is a highly experienced Project Director with a strong track record in the executive leadership of capital projects for theatres and performing arts facilities. She brings in-depth experience across all RIBA stages, supporting clients from early concept and feasibility through to construction, occupation, and post-opening operations.

Anna is skilled in developing and delivering client-side programmes, overseeing mobilisation and operational planning, and establishing robust governance structures to support the full lifecycle of a project. She is particularly adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments and guiding clients through each stage of project delivery.

Michael Collins was the project architect for the new theatre and drama school at LAMDA, and acted as Project Director for the Mackintosh Theatre at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. He brings deep expertise in design leadership and sustainable architecture, and currently serves as an advisor to Design South East. Michael is also a certified advisor in Passivhaus and net-zero design, with a strong focus on environmentally responsible cultural buildings.
