Passiv Pub

We have submitted ambitious proposals for planning and listed building consent relating to the refurbishment of the historic White Horse Pub in Kimpton. The building dates back to the 17th century, and is a landmark along the High street. An innovative low carbon retrofit strategy is combined with renewable technologies to make this a pioneering development. The building programme responds to a sustainable business plan involving a new pub for the local community in combination with a new dwelling, offices and new makers workshop annex. A series of sensitive interventions aim to make some of the most historic features visible whilst creating a series of light and enjoyable spaces for relaxing, dining.
